My Story

This Friday, the 9th of September I am cycling from London to Paris, covering 170 miles (280kms) over two days, eek! Why am I doing this I hear you ask? I am doing this to support the most wonderful charity, based in Richmond, London, that supports children with additional needs and disabilities along with their families.

Skylarks, through an exciting and engaging array of activities and services, help children increase their confidence, communication skills and general mental health and wellbeing. Their support is holistic - they support children's parents/carers and the whole family all under one roof.

Myself, along with many members of the wonderful team from Haymarket Media Group and Skylarks, have been putting the miles for the past couple of months, to be ready for this challenge. 60 miles on Friday and 110 miles on Saturday - I'm going to have a very sore behind on Saturday evening, but it will all be worth it to help these amazing children, their families and all at Skylarks!
